Package Overview

Vietnam is one of Southeast Asia's most rewarding destinations — an incredibly long, diverse country stretching 1,650 km from the Chinese border to the Mekong Delta. In 6 nights, our package covers the north (Hanoi), the legendary Ha Long Bay, the heritage town of Hoi An, and the dynamic south (Ho Chi Minh City). Four very different experiences, each unforgettable.

Vietnam is budget-friendly compared to India's other international options — excellent food is available for ₹200–500, hotels are good value, and internal flights are cheap. The e-visa is simple (USD 25, 3 days processing). Vietnamese cuisine — pho, banh mi, fresh spring rolls — is world-class.

Best months: November–April for north and south Vietnam. Central Vietnam (Hoi An) is best October–April. Avoid May–October for central Vietnam (typhoon season). We design itineraries around the current best weather.

Ha Long Bay — UNESCO overnight cruise through 1,600+ limestone karsts
Hoi An Ancient Town — UNESCO World Heritage, lantern-lit streets at night
Hanoi Old Quarter — 36 Streets, Hoan Kiem Lake, street food
Ho Chi Minh City — War Remnants Museum, Cu Chi Tunnels, Bui Vien Street
My Son Sanctuary — ancient Cham temple complex (UNESCO)
Vietnamese cooking class in Hoi An
Phong Nha Caves (optional) — the world's largest cave system

Must-Visit Places

Top spots you cannot miss on this trip

Ha Long Bay Cruise
nature

Ha Long Bay Cruise

A UNESCO World Heritage seascape of 1,969 limestone karst islands rising from emerald water. An overnight cruise on a traditional junk boat is the classic experience — caves, kayaking, and floating fishing villages.

Choose a 2-night cruise over 1-night — the first evening gets the best sunset spots, the second morning you have the caves to yourself before day-cruise boats arrive at 10am.

Hoi An Ancient Town
culture

Hoi An Ancient Town

A 15th-century trading port perfectly preserved — yellow lantern-lit shophouses, Japanese covered bridge, tailor workshops, and the most extraordinary food scene in Vietnam.

Walk the ancient town at night when lanterns are lit. Get custom-tailored clothes (48-hour turnaround) — a suit costs ₹3,000–5,000 from quality tailors.

Hoan Kiem Lake & Hanoi Old Quarter
landmark

Hoan Kiem Lake & Hanoi Old Quarter

Hanoi's spiritual centre — a jade-green lake in the city heart with the Turtle Tower and the red wooden Huc Bridge to Ngoc Son Temple. The surrounding Old Quarter's 36 trade streets are the best street food zone in Asia.

Visit Ta Hien (Beer Street) in the Old Quarter on Friday evening — hundreds of plastic stools, craft beer at ₹50/glass, and the city's electric nightlife energy.

Phong Nha Cave Expedition

The world's largest cave system — Paradise Cave's 31km illuminated interior, Phong Nha boat cave, and Dark Cave's zipline-abseiling-mud pool adventure.

Travel Tips

Expert advice before you go

Vietnam e-visa costs USD 25 for Indians — apply at evisa.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn at least 5 days before travel (3 business day processing).

Grab (rideshare) works throughout Vietnam and is 50% cheaper than metered taxis. Download before arriving.

Vietnamese dong is the only currency accepted in most places. Exchange at banks or official moneychangers (not hotels). USD is accepted at tourist restaurants.

Traffic in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City is extremely dense — crossing the road requires stepping steadily and not stopping; the motorbikes will flow around you.

Vietnam was the best trip we've ever taken. Ha Long Bay at sunrise is one of life's great experiences. Hoi An is magical — the lantern boat ride moved Pooja to tears. And the food everywhere was incredible.

We've been to Vietnam before but this was the most organised tour. Cu Chi Tunnels was sobering and fascinating. Excellent value compared to other operators.
